Equality Impact Assessments
An Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) is a way for organisations to consider the likely impact on individuals and groups of their policies, procedures, strategies and plans.
The aim is to improve the way the organisation works by making sure it does not discriminate and that, where possible, it does all it can to promote equality and good relations between different groups.
Hampshire Police Authority’s EIA forms will be added to this page as they become available and can be downloaded by clicking on the form name.
