TERMS OF REFERENCE

To review and consider on behalf of the Authority, the IT and Communications Strategy and make recommendations.
To receive reports and monitor the implementation of the IT and Communications Strategy.
To oversee on behalf of the Authority, the procurement and implementation of individual projects.
To monitor the capital and revenue IT and Communications budget.
To receive IT and Communications budgetary control reports and other financial statements.
To review, consider and agree the annual IT and Communications budget and make recommendations to the Finance Committee/Authority.
To review and consider IT and Communications security strategy along with business continuity and disaster planning.
