MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF REFERENCE
  • To consider crime prevention issues in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and promote best practice in crime risk management and its co-ordination.  To include the mitigation of the effects of crime and public reassurance.
  • To promote the extension of the multi-agency approach to crime prevention involving the Community Safety Partnerships and other agencies.
  • To make grants in support of crime prevention initiatives and receive feedback upon their effectiveness.
  • To review the Annual Standing Grant on behalf of the Authority, to include monitoring and evaluation.
