Campaigns
As well as scrutinising the work of Hampshire Constabulary, the Police Authority campaigns on specific issues affecting the wider policing community. The Police Authority has a dedicated communications officer that can assist journalists with enquiries about the work of the Police Authority, can provide comment or background information on current crime and policing issues of interest to the Authority, can provide information about agenda items for future meetings, and arrange for interviews with members of the Police Authority.High resolution images of Authority members can be obtained through the communications officer, and facilities are available to carry out audio interviews by telephone or ISDN.
