The Policing Protocol

The Policing Protocol sets out how the new policing governance arrangements will work. It clarifies the role and responsibilities of the PCC, the Chief Constable and the PCP. It outlines what these bodies are expected to do and how they are expected to work together to fight crime and improve policing.
