Biography

Jeff  has lived in North Hampshire for the past 25 years. He joined the Authority after a career in the data technology sector, finishing as a director with Vodafone after working with a number of police forces to help set up the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit. During his commercial career, he has also worked with Victim Support and the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB).

He is currently a non-executive director for the Winchester and Eastleigh NHS Healthcare Trust, looking after the Royal Hampshire Hospital in Winchester and the War Memorial Hospital in Andover.

He is married with two daughters, and lists his hobbies as boating, motorcycling, DIY and chess.
