Hampshire Police Authority – Chief Executive’s report – Single Model Code of Conduct for Members:
The Revised Model Code of Conduct as contained in the Appendix to above report:
To make a complaint that a Member has failed to comply with the Code of Conduct:
With effect from 8 May 2008, the responsibility for considering complaints that a Member of Hampshire Police Authority may have breached the Police Authority’s Code of Conduct has been transferred from the Standards Board for England to the Hampshire Police Authority’s Standards Committee.
