Festive Cheer in the Forest for the Ambassadors

For their final visit of the year the Hampshire Ambassadors headed right into the heart of the New Forest to the former favourite hunting lodge of King Charles II, New Park Manor.

For their final visit of the year the Hampshire Ambassadors headed right into the heart of the New Forest to the former favourite hunting lodge of King Charles II, New Park Manor.

Hampshire Ambassadors enjoyed Winter Pimms on arrival to the hotel adding to the festive feel in the hotel’s warm atmosphere.

Leigh Jenkins, the General Manager of the hotel welcomed the Ambassadors before passing over to Gill Luckie, the Sales and Marketing Manager who told the Ambassadors more about the hotel’s facilities.

Gill explained that the hotel not only has fantastic conference facilities but also unique features such as its equestrian centre and an award winning restaurant offering modern English cuisine based on local seasonal produce.

The Ambassadors were also invited to tour around the hotel and had the opportunity to view New Park Manor’s new £3 million spa.

The Bath House Spa, which opened a year ago, has just been awarded Silver in the category "Best Spa in a Hotel or Resort in the World” at British Travel Awards 2006 held in November.

The spa is based in an impressive ranch-style building was constructed from the finest natural materials and also benefits from stunning outdoor areas including a spa garden, roof terrace and handcrafted Canadian hot tub.
