Last month the Hampshire Ambassadors made a visit to Centerprise in Basingstoke, one of the country's leading IT Service Providers for both the Public and Private sectors.

Festive Cheer in the Forest for the Ambassadors

For their final visit of the year the Hampshire Ambassadors headed right into the heart of the New Forest to the former favourite hunting lodge of King Charles II, New Park Manor.

Volunteers Needed for Enterprise Education in Romsey School

Romsey School is looking for volunteers from the Business Community of the area to help with its well established programme for Year 10 pupils.

Prior to their two weeks of Work Experience the school provides a three day programme organised on Enterprise for all of their 14/15 year old Year 10’s.

On June 27th – 29th 2007 the pupils will attend a series of presentations on aspects of Enterprise delivered by industrial experts and then work in groups of 10 to devise and present an Enterprise Project to raise funds from the local community to support a nominated worthy cause.

The school would like to ask if any Hampshire Ambassadors from the area would be interested in volunteering to assist in delivering the three day programme during these three days. Volunteers would be helping to provide mentoring and guidance to the pupils as they negotiate their way through the Enterprise Project.
